Yes. After we learn about your company’s needs, we recommend the most suitable candidates. You’ll have the opportunity to review CVs, interview the interns, and decide who is the best fit for your team. We only finalize a placement once you are fully satisfied with the match.

Internships are flexible. Most students join for 8–24 weeks, depending on their academic requirements. Start dates are available year-round, and working hours are usually 30–40 per week, following your company’s schedule. Together, we’ll align expectations so the internship fits smoothly into your workflow.

We ask host companies to provide a supportive environment where interns can learn and contribute. This includes:

1. Assigning a supervisor or mentor for guidance

2. Setting clear tasks and responsibilities

3. Offering feedback and regular check-ins

On average, this requires only a few hours per week of direct supervision, depending on the complexity of the intern’s role.
